In 1975, I found “Site Insaat” upon a concept of providing complete construction services for the Turkish investors. Our main goal, which is still valid, was to coordinate the entire building process into a cost effective, time efficient, environmentally friendly and seamless project. We now provide complete and comprehensive Design/Build, Construction Management, and General Contracting services to the commercial, industrial, and public sectors.

Although our experience spans a wide array of project types, our main focus is on designing and building hotels, shopping centers and residences. Our expertise enables us to find efficient solutions to different design challenges and help our clients by making the most effective use of their space. We are the industry-leader for designing and building hotels in Turkey, Eastern Europe and Asia Minor proven with a portfolio of completed projects that exceeds any of our competition.

During the 1990’s, we have started our transition from being a national contractor to an international one with the expansion of our operations into Russia, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan. Expanding our experienced and diverse in-house team to better serve the international projects, we now have the capability to work through all international projects from its conceptual stages to completion.

In all national and international projects that we work on, our number one focus is ensuring our clients achieve their objectives.
