 Real Estate Market is Booming in Turkey! Sat, 01 Sep 2007 19:32:54 GMT The demand from foreign investors willing to invest in Istanbul's Real Estate market is increasing immensely. Predicting a sustained growth in the market, Site Insaat has secured an additional land of 35,000 sqm in Sariyer area of Istanbul. The land will be used for building a residential compund and the details will be announced soon. The project is projected to start by June 2008 and will be financed by Tredi Group and a French company whose involvement will be kept confidential until the project is realized. Site Insaat has started talks for forming a consortium with SCAP, a Russian contractor for designing and building a new 5-star hotel in Moscow. The hotel, projected to be over 50,000 sqm will be financed partly by SCAP, a New York based hedge fund and Site Insaat. The location and the name of the hotel will be announced soon.  Lamartine Hotel Construction Project Sat, 07 Jul 2007 13:58:08 GMT Current contracts include design and construction of over 40 extra units for Hotel Lamartine of Istanbul. While the new design is already modified to meet the new site requirements, it also poses some challanges. The hotel will be in operation during most of the construction. The management company is considering closing the hotel for a maximum of only 30 days by the end of the construction.
